Ludwig (Pollak) Bürgel (August 27, 1901 – May 20, 1980) was an Austrian landscape artist. One of his etchings was a view of Heiligenkreuz Abbey. He was self taught and focused on color etchings. For a few months, Bürgel was appointed as mayor of Heiligenkreuz in 1944.
